The information that is required from a customer to register is the following
- Name, Address , Phone No and Email Id
for the customer to be able to make a purchase we would need additionally the following if different from above.
- Customer Name / Company Name , Shipping Address, Phone No and Email ID)
- Name as it appears on Card, Card Number, Card Type, and Expiration Date of Card
- This information collected by Headsetgallery is used only for the processing of the customers order/s. All of the information that is collected is vital to successfully processing each order.
- The shipping address is needed to ship every order to the right address ; the e-mail address provided is used to send order confirmations and tracking information about the package in transit; billing address is needed to verify the identity of the cardholder; and the phone number is necessary so that we can call you if there's a problem with your order.
- HeadsetGallery will NOT sell or share customer information with any other third party organisation and information collected from the customer will only be internally used.
- Headset Gallery provides Free Ground Shipping on its entire inventory. Every Day.
- Free Shipping is provided on all orders within the continental United States. We do not offer free ground shipping to Hawaii and Alaska since this method is not provided by our carriers
- Headset Gallery ships only NEW products from warehouses throughout the United States using major common carriers such as UPS, Fedex, USPS etc
- All products sold come with at least a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. There may be some exceptions to this. Warranties for every product sold are mentioned in the product description.
- Most orders will ship the same day or next business day depending on the time of order placement / acceptance.
- Delivery is generally expected within 3 to 7 business days however more than 90% of our shipments arrive to customers within 2 to 3 business days of order placement due to close proximity of our warehouses to most major cities in the US.

- Please note that delivery times are subject to the ability of our couriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS and others) to fulfil their delivery schedule. HeadsetGallery will not be liable for packages that weren't delivered on time because of mishaps or unavoidable delays by our couriers.
- Any changes made to the delivery addresses after shipment will result in a $10 Address Change Fee, if the address is within the same state as the Original Shipping Address. If the New Address provided is for a different state, the customer will be responsible for the Address Change Fee plus the additional cost of Shipping.
- We do not ship to these specific locations or addresses such as Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates (Puerto Rico), APO/FPO, PO Box addresses.

In case the product you selected is on backorder (which is unusual), you will receive a notification and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute the backordered item for another item of the same or lesser value or cancel the order.
All orders that are processed go through an address verification system in order to protect our customers and HeadsetGallery against fraud. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that are suspected of being under fraudulent activity.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Headset Gallery is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction. We will make every effort to accept your item for a refund or exchange, if the order is within our return policy.
- Our goal is to have 100% Customer Satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase customers can return the unwanted product within 30 days from the original invoice date.
- Brand New items may be returned or exchanged within 30 Days from date of purchase. Returns are subject to an industry standard restocking fee of 15 percent plus the actual cost of shipping of the product to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
- Product returns result in unavoidable shipping costs paid to freight carriers and restocking or handling fees charged by the manufacturer. These charges provide no benefit to Headset Gallery and are entirely beyond our control.
- All items are to be returned back in original manufacturer’s packaging with warranty cards, user manuals, accessories and any other material included in the original packaging.
- No returns will be accepted unless they are returned with the manufacturer's original packaging.
- All returns or exchanges missing or with damage to the original box may be refused or may be subject to a 20% penalty fee (i.e. missing/damaged UPC barcodes, missing/damaged manuals, missing/damaged warranties etc.)
- DO NOT put any courier labels on the manufacturer's merchandise packaging. Doing so requires HeadsetGallery to pay for replacement packaging. Therefore, additional fees will be charged under these circumstances.
- All return requests are required to be sent out only after receiving an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorisation) issued by HeadsetGallery , RETURNS SHIPPED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- All customers are encouraged to ship all returns using a traceable shipping method and a separate shipping box. HeadsetGallery is not liable in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment.
Returns for Factory Sealed Goods
- Customers will receive a full refund less our actual shipping cost.
Opened and /or Used Items
- You will be charged a restocking fee of 15%, + our actual shipping cost to you.
- Shipping fees are non refundable.
- Orders that ship free will have shipping cost deducted from original purchase amount (see above).
- We do not process replacement but only process credits in accordance with above policies.
- For orders outside of our return policy, please contact the manufacturer for warranty, repair/replacement. Manufacturers do not allow us to accept merchandise that is over 30 days old, and require for the customer to register with them. Any returns received that do not comply with the above policies will be subject to either being refused or having a 20% to 50 % restocking fee charged.
Except where noted otherwise, the list price or regular price displayed for products on our site represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The list price or regular price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If an item you ordered is not available in a time frame that you require, we may recommend a substitution and will provide you the ability to approve the substitution prior to shipping.
